These terms apply to the Baby Mantra app and the babymantra.app website, provided by Baby Mantra (Christoph Sacher). By using Baby Mantra you agree to them, together with Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, which also applies.
What Baby Mantra is
Baby Mantra plays soothing sounds, spoken affirmations and recordings you make, to help create a calm bedtime routine. It is a comfort and wellbeing tool. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always follow your pediatrician’s guidance, including safe-sleep recommendations: keep your phone out of the crib and play sounds at a low, comfortable volume.
Your license
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules. The sounds, affirmations, artwork and software remain ours or our licensors’. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them.
Your recordings
Recordings you make belong to you and stay on your device. You are responsible for what you record.
Subscriptions
Baby Mantra Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription, monthly or yearly. The yearly plan may include a free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price shown at purchase unless you are told otherwise.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices may vary by country and may change; changes apply from your next renewal after notice. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Baby Mantra, for example by reverse engineering it, interfering with its operation or using it unlawfully.
Disclaimers and liability
Baby Mantra is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or that it will help every child sleep. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
